The band with the longest name of my collection!
This is the only album they made. They are a gathering of well known LA soul-jazz musicians:
Joe Sample (p), Wayne Henderson (trb), members of The Jazz Crusaders, later The Crusaders; Clifford Solomon (ts); Bill Green (bariton sax); Bobby Bryant (trp, ex-member of The Oliver Nelson and The Charles Mingus Big Band); Bob West (b); Paul Humphrey (dr, worked as a session drummer for jazz musicians such as Wes Montgomery, Jimmy Smith, Charles Mingus, Lee Konitz, Blue Mitchell, Gene Ammons and Kenny Burrell).
