osu! has medals, which are the equivalent of achievements that exist within other games. Medals are awarded to players for setting great scores, improving, and doing niche things that they would never think to do otherwise. Some achievements within the game have very niche solutions, while others are really difficult and require a vast amount of skill. A game update released in 2020 introduced the 9 and 10 star medals, and to this day, the 10 star FC medal remains as the most difficult medal to unlock, according to medal rarity. Osekai.net lists an unlock percentage of 0.00% for the Unfathomable medal. Unlocking the medal is simple: FC a 10 star map, but by no means is this easy. But does this really mean that no one has ever unlocked this medal?
