There are two ways to get to the top of Grouse Mountain: take the 8-minute gondola ride or hike the approximate 2.5 kilometre Grouse Grind (or the 2.9 kilometre BCMC Trail).

Known as Mother Nature's Stairmaster, the Grouse Grind has an elevation gain of 800 metres and is rated as challenging for the steepness of the climb. It takes about 2 hours to complete the hike and in this Shorts edit show's a sample of what it's like along the hike up Grouse Mountain.
