Putin arrives for summit on Ukraine crisis

(11 Feb 2015) Russian President Vladimir Putin was welcomed by his Belarusian counterpart in Minsk on Wednesday, to take part in four-way talks with the leaders of France, Germany and Ukraine.
Belarus' president, Alexander Lukashenko, will host the crucial peace talks in the hope of reaching an agreement about the ongoing situation in eastern Ukraine.
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande will also attend the meeting.
European leaders have warned that there is no guarantee a deal will be reached with Moscow, which the West says is fuelling a separatist rising in eastern Ukraine with troops and arms.
Key sticking points at the talks include drawing a line of division, withdrawing Russian troops and equipment, securing the Ukraine-Russian border and giving the rebels more autonomy.
