In 2023, one of our customers engaged in aerospace industry ordered a 1300mm thermoset carbon fiber prepreg machine line from Jota Machinery.

He kept observing and taking notes during our testing. On about the second day, he personally operated the entire production line, including the hot melt prepreg resin coating machine and the prepreg compounding machine.

Our production line adopts a 2-step method: first, the epoxy resin is melted and coated on the release paper to prepare the filmer. The second step is to continuously hot-press the filmer and continuous carbon fiber on the laminating machine and cover it with a PE film.
