What started out as a regular cookout for friends quickly turned into a BBQ business when friends started shelling out cash to get a plate of Anton and Kristen's insanely good home cooking. After the official launch of their business, an influx of catering orders prompted them to move from a huge outdoor smoker into an indoor commissary kitchen — all within a couple of months! While keeping bellies happy with delicious smoked meats, homemade sides and specialty desserts, the dynamic duo makes it a priority to ensure both their customers and employees feel like family in the most genuine way. Their staff even refused to stop working during the pandemic because they cared deeply about supporting Anton and Kristen’s dream. Despite much loss and grief during the pandemic, Kristen is beyond thankful for the loyalty of her staff and customers to keep the business alive — making the impossible, possible.
