What Genshin Players Forget About Amber

Nah, fr tho. This topic has been bugging me since I started playing Genshin, back on release. I quickly recognized Amber's utility, but it seems like no-one else did (or does, still).

So, I hope this video shows just how much this one character does for the player, and how its used to teach aspects of the game- especially to new players.

Also her B-day is August 10 :)

After viewing video notes:

-I don't have all the pyro characters in the game, and thus can't show you all of their capabilities toward setting grass on fire.

When I say "Xiangling is the only other character on Amber's grass burning level," that's because on-release...she was. Diluc is a 5-star, so low chance of getting, and Bennet is alright at it when his burst applies pyro to character weapon. All other Pyro characters where added to the game later.

-When I'm spit-balling ideas for Amber Constellation improvements - I realize that many of things came later in the game and the devs simply didn't think about that kinda thing on release, as its evident the original vision for the game is different than what it is now. This section is more-so to make a point.

-I didn't mention it in the video, but 'Baron Bunny's' distance throw on elemental skill hold, is likely that way because its intended for the player to just chuck it and run away. Precision placement likely isn't something the devs considered necessary for Amber and early game (just guessing here, I didn't work on Genshin).
