Описание: In the second part of my restoration project i removed the leather and the felt of the pallets. Then i continued with cleaning and seperating the boards and rackboards. I removed a thin layer of the boards to get a clean surface. On the bottom of the rackboards i found some old handwritings...

Im zweiten Teil meine Restaurierungsreihe habe ich zuerst die Filz-Leder Garnierung an den Ventilen entfernt. Ursprünglich war der Abzug an einer anderen Stelle am Ventil. Als nächstes habe ich begonnen die Stöcke und Raster auseinanderzubauen und ich habe auf der Unterseite der Rasterbretter alte Signaturen gefunden. Um die Oberfläche der Stöcke zu säubern, habe ich einfach eine sehr dünne Holzschicht mit dem Hobel entfernt.
