Pirouette Combo 2020 | Pirouette En Dehors & En Dedans

Описание: Hello Dancers, today's video is all about Pirouette Combo 2020 with Pirouettes En Dehors & En Dedans, all done in the Centre. We will do a Battement Tendu combination where I will include 3 different variation of pirouettes, (Pirouette en dehors from IV & II position and Pirouette en dedans from IV position). At first glance it seems quite simple, but the dynamic of the exercise along with the change of spot add the challenge that we all like.

EXERCISE DESCRIPTION
"V position croisé"
2 Battement tendu forward
Tombé pas de bourrée - IV position - Pirouette en dehors, end in long IV position.
detourné battement tendu en avant - V position.

*Repeat same combination en dedans

2 battement tendu to de side closing to V position
3 abttement tendu to the side closing to I position
1 battement Tendu to the side close to V position.

*Repeat same combination en dedans

Relevé in V position - pettit developpé
Pirouette from II position.

About Me:
My name is Yelena and I was born in the small town of Pinar Del Rio, Cuba
From the age of seven I moved to Havana and started at a boarding school studying with the National Ballet School of Cuba (A scary but exciting opportunity for me!).

I then spent the next decade learning and honing my skills as a ballerina. Skills which I would then use to turn myself into a professional touring ballerina touring around Cuba.

With limited opportunities in my own country, I then took the amazing leap to traveling abroad and was lucky enough to be sponsored by a company to work in a stage show in China of all places!

Since then I have continued to perform and travel, and most recently have begun teaching. I truly believe I have lots of ideas to share with you as well as a in-depth view of the cuban ballet methodology for ballet which is why today I want to see you succeed at your ballet turns and show off your new pirouette combination.

My aim is purely to help you learn and enrich your ballet technique and increase your love for dance! ❤️
