THE CARNIVAL ( aka CARNIVALS IN SOUTH OF FRANCE ) - some more shots of general revelry amongst the spectators and on the floats at the Carnival. More shots of a plane landing at Nice airport. Most of the out takes are similar to the original story.



UNIDENTIFIED STORY - some shots of horses at a race course.



THE CARNIVAL ( aka CARNIVALS IN SOUTH OF FRANCE ) - some more general shots of Nice and the food market. More shots of the carnival parade, including some previously unused footage of a brass band and some shots of boxes of mimosas being distributed to the crowd to throw at the Carnival queens.



UNIDENTIFIED STORY (2) - some shots of people skiing on a mountainside.



Note: this set of cuts contains some shots of people skiing and a horse race that does not belong in CP 592 but look like they were shot at around this time in the sixties. They probably belong in another Colour Pictorial issue. Record will be amended at a later date. AH 2000.
