Debut demo by this new project by Morgan, most commonly known as the guitarist of Starcave Nebula under the moniker of Outerspace Man.
Evaporating Presence plays an odd style of kooky and noisy Funeral Doom, with Morgan's characteristic obtuse guitar style and rumbling bass. The result is an odd yet very ritualistic melancholic track of rustic Doom wanderings amidst crooked forests and mysterious swamps, a very mantra-like, almost psychedelic style of primal and at least semi improvised music, not so much the slowly yet precise throbbing of most Funeral Doom. The track closes with a whimsical outro with almost New Age properties.
