Описание: A tour of the show room plants and artwork at the Gesneriad show, part of a convention in New Jersey this year. My voice is a bit low, I do need to invest in a microphone for this kind of thing as it wasn’t the kind of place one wants to speak loudly in. Some quite nice plants were on display. There was a sales room, not shown , which had quite a lot of smaller starter plants for sale but I didn’t buy any since I don’t need any more at the moment as there is too much to care for. Still it was nice to see what is currently in fashion in the Gesneriad world these days. I recognize some plants from my younger days in the local Gesneriad society chapter and there were newer things I had not seen before too. I am still a member of the national Gesneriad society and get their magazine via email. The drive to and from the show was quite easy on this holiday morning. We are now elsewhere celebrating with friends.
