The PLC20's main claim to fame is that it is a small, straightforward and simply styled bag made from excellent materials and executed with the typical high levels of Evergoods refinement. It is simple to use due to the straightforward compartments (choose one of two places and stick stuff in there) but still features just enough small organization options to be very useful and competitive with modern carry expectations.

Conversely, a the couple parts of the bag that I thought could be improved both center on the interior organization - the inner lid zip mesh pockets are tighter, fussier and less useful than they really should be - a deviation from the otherwise simple and easy to use execution of the rest of the bag. Additionally, the interior main tablet pocket is also somewhat tighter and thus less useful than it really should be which makes them more limiting than many might expect.
