Kefla (ケフラ, Kefura) is the Potara Fusion of Kale and Caulifla. Despite being a fusion of Caulifla and Kale, Kefla's personality is seemingly only identical to Caulifla's, likely because Kale is shy and subservient to Caulifla in general.

Caulifla (カリフラ, Karifura) and Kale (ケール, Kēru) are two interconnected fictional characters from the Dragon Ball media franchise. Created as part of a collaborative effort between franchise creator Akira Toriyama and Toei Animation, the characters first appeared in the Universal Saga arc of Dragon Ball Super as antagonistic characters from an alternate universe to the setting of the Dragon Ball series: Kale was originally conceived as a derivative character of popular Dragon Ball villain Broly by Toei Animation staff, and Caulifla was personally designed by Toriyama as a companion and counterpoint to Kale.

Ultra Instinct Sign (身勝手みがっての極意ごくい”兆きざし”, Migatte no Goku'i "Kizashi", lit. "The Secret of the Self-centered "Sign""), also referred to as just Ultra Instinct, is a highly powerful transformation that serves as a stage prior to achieving the more powerful form used by Goku.

Goku achieves this state by breaking his "self-limiting shells" (his limitations) and tapping into the deeper potential within. This is achieved in the anime through resisting an exceptionally powerful attack, while in the manga it is the culmination of all of Goku's martial arts training by various masters. Initially the form can only be used for a short time, mere moments in the manga. Much like the godly Super Saiyan forms, this form possesses godly ki and can only be sensed by other deities.
