Day 2 : All happy faces got ready for another road journey filled with adventures and excitement!
we were told to stay hydrated and tummy full as we were moving upwards in the heights.
have you ever heard of "AMS" Acute Mountain Sickness.. generally happens when we move towards the heights where oxygen level is little low.
we were all happy go lucky until we reached Sarchu. The night was really tough to spend.
I was trying to sleep but couldn't. I couldn't stay inside my camp as I was feeling suffocated. I wasn't able to eat anything feeling I would vomit again. I was just drinking lemon water.
I wasn't the only one who suffered this.. there were more people.
AMS is serious if not treated well.
