Welcome back to JMT KOREA!
Today, we’re making one of the most traditional and beloved Korean home dishes: Bibimbap (비빔밥).
We’ll show you two flavorful versions:
• A sweet & savory soy sauce mix 🍯
• A spicy & sweet gochujang mix 🌶️

🥢 Ingredients (for 2 servings)
• Beef (for Japchae style) – 300g (seasoned with 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp oligosaccharide, 2 tbsp cooking wine)
• Vegetables: 1 carrot, 1 onion, ¾ zucchini, 4 shiitake mushrooms, 5–6 romaine leaves
• Bean sprouts – 2 handfuls (blanched, mixed with sesame oil & salt)
• Eggs – 2 (fried sunny-side up)
• Rice – 2 bowls
• Cooking oil & salt (for stir-frying)
🔥 Bibimbap Sauce
1. Gochujang Sauce
• 1 tbsp minced garlic
• 2 tbsp gochujang
• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp vinegar
2. Soy Sauce Mix
• 3 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp minced garlic
• Sesame seeds, pepper

🍳 Cooking Steps (Short Summary)
1. Marinate the beef, prepare all veggies, and mix both sauces.
2. Stir-fry vegetables in this order → Onion → Zucchini → Shiitake → Carrot → Fried egg → Marinated beef.
3. Blanch bean sprouts, season with sesame oil + salt.
4. Assemble bowl: sesame oil → rice → all toppings → egg → choice of sauce.
5. Mix well & enjoy!
