Asian Sunflower Cookies is one of my all time favourite snack. I usually buy them from the Asian Supermarket. It is crunchy and very light and easy to eat. It is so easy to make.

✔️1st Recipe
▪️rice flour - 1 cup - 100g
▪️all purpose flour - 1/4 cup - 40g
▪️ sugar - 1/4 cup - 50g
▪️ salt - 1/4 tsp
▪️ black sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
▪️ 1 egg
▪️ coconut milk - 1/2 cup - 120ml
▪️ water - 1/2 cup - 120ml

✔️2nd Recipe
▪️all-purpose flour - 1 cup - 160g
▪️rice flour - 1/4cup - 25g
▪️ sugar - 1/4cup - 50g
▪️ salt - 1/4tsp
▪️ black sesame seeds - 1tbsp
▪️ 1 egg
▪️ coconut milk - 1/2cup - 120ml
▪️ water - 1cup - 240ml

✔️3rd Recipe
▪️all purpose flour - 1cup - 160g
▪️ sugar - 1/4cup - 50g
▪️ salt - 1/4tsp
▪️ black sesame seeds - 1tbsp
▪️ 1 egg
▪️ coconut milk - 1/2cup - 120ml
▪️ water - 3/4cup & 1tbsp
