Ingredients
_______________
3 thick cuts of Salmon
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp. Grace Jerk Seasoning
2 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp. Butter
~ Sauce
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. Honey
1/2 Lemon Juice
Pinch of Grace Jerk Seasoning ( Optional )
~ Cook Salmon on medium-high heat 3 minutes on each side.
~ Add sauce and coat for another 6 minutes
~ Total cook time is 12 minutes.
