Anthony glass door Torque Rod Replacement.

Описание: It was a hot day in NYC..!! The problem was: someone opened the door and over extended the capacity of the door and broke the torque rood inside the door. After we had replace the Torque Master. So, i was called back to see what was wrong and see what was the problem. We order a new Torque Rod and replaced it. To replace the Torque Rod: if not an expert you will need an additonal person to help you door is heavy.
Steps:
1- need to unclip the hinge pin at the top and pull door toward you. Make sure you dont dropped and break it.
2- remove door from fridge frame and lean it sideway on the floor, so you can take the Torque rod out.
3- With a Flat screw driver try to push the Rod out the door. Make sure the door doesnt slip and break glass. If Rod doesnt want to come out with ease. Just take a pair of clippers and bang it out (not to strong).
4- replace the Rod with the new Rod bang it in a little so it goes as far in as it could.
5- take the door put the bottom of Rod inside the Torque Master and put the hinge pin in is place by just a slighty push. Make sure hing pin is all the in.
6- let the door swing open and adjust the Torque Master with a flat screw driver. If hinges on the left turn screw to the left or if hinges on the Right turn flat screw to the right to make the door swing back to the clossing position. Once door closes, you are done.
