Описание: Local, state and national stakeholders met to celebrate the launch of Phase 1. of the I-40 TradePort Corridor Albuquerque Regional Hub on Tuesday, February 24, 2026. Distinguished speakers included, Cindy Chavez, Bernalillo County Manager, Adam Wasserman, Managing Partner GLDPartners; Melissa Newton, Director of Governmental and Legislative Affairs at USDOT; Michael Rutherford, Assistant Secretary of the Office of Multimodal Freight Infrastructure and Policy at USDOT; Carl Ringgold is the Regional Infrastructure Accelerator (RIA) Program Manager at U.S. DOT’s Build America Bureau; Mayor Roberta “Birdie” Cano, City of Winslow, Arizona; NM House Speaker Javier Martinez; Mo Moabed, Deputy Secretary of Highway Operations, NM Department of Transportation; and Max Gruner, Economic Development Director, City of Albuquerque. Representatives from the I-40 TradePort Corridor Coalition including the Port of Long Beach, Kingman/ Mohave County, AZ; Winslow, AZ; Sandoval County, Bernalillo County, Village of Los Lunas, NM; and GLD Partners, Maksim Yashirin, BNSF other private industry, economic development and trade groups gathered to celebrate the milestone.
