( DuoStim IVF | Dual Stimulation IVF) इस विषय पे विस्तार में जानकारी देने वाले है|Low AMH उन पेशेंट्स में कहा जाता है जिनका AMH ला value 1.5 से कम होता है। जिन जिन लोगो का AMH 1.5 से कम रहता है उन सबमे प्रेग्नेंट होने की सम्भवनाए कम रहती है। पर ऐसा कहना काफी गलत है की Low AMH के पेशेंट्स प्रेग्नेंट नहीं हो सकते क्योकि वह naturally भी प्रेग्नेंट हो सकते है।

Duostim in IVF
पर जब कभी भी हम Low AMH में IVF करने की बात करते है तब यह जानना महत्वपूर्ण है की ये जो egg की संख्या ovaries के अंदर रहता है , यह कितना है। इसे Antral follicle count कहा जाता है। Antral follicle count जब १० या १२ से ऊपर होता है , तब उसे नार्मल माना जाता है। Low AMH में यह antral follicle काफी कम रहते है यनेका 5 या 6 से कम।

How Dual Ovarian stimulation is helpful?
Normal IVF(With normal AMH ) में ट्रीटमेंट के दौरान डॉक्टर को 10 से 12 healthy eggs चाहिए होते है ताकि उसमेसे 3 से 4 अच्छे embryo मिल जाए। यह 3 से 4 embryo बनने के बाद ही पेशेंट को 30-35% IVF success rate दे सकते है।
अब जब Low AMH की बात की जाती है तब ट्रीटमेंट के दौरान डॉक्टर को 5 healthy eggs चाहिए होते है ताकि उसमेसे 1 अच्छा embryo मिल जाए। और ऐसे में IVF Success रातें 10 % हो जाता है। ऐसे में Duostim IVF का इस्तमाल किया जाता है।

Process of Duostim in iVF
Duostim IVF यह एक specialized technique है जिसमे पुरे ट्रीटमेंट के दरम्यान दो बार egg pickup होता है वह भी उसी महीनेमें। ये इसलिए किया जाता है ताकि हर एक pickup के बाद doctor ४-५ अच्छे egg मिले जिसे 2-3 अच्छे embryos बना पाएंगे और जिसे Low AMH के पेशेंट को भी 25 % का IVF success मिल सकता है वो भी खुदके egg के साथ में।
ये ट्रीटमेंट ऐसे लोगो केलिए होता है जिनका AMH 1. 2 होता है।
