                    Coconut Blueberry Scones Recipe:
2 1/2 Cups White Flour
1/4 Cup White Sugar
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Salt
1/2 Cup Butter (Cold)
1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Vanilla
1 Cup Blueberries (Fresh Works Better)
Egg Wash:
1 Egg
2 Tbsp Water  (Whisk Both Together)
Whisk dry ingredients in a large bowl.  
Cut in the cold Butter until you have a crumbly mixture.
Add Blueberries & toss gently until all coated.
In another medium size clean bowl mix the Milk, Egg & Vanilla until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients in with the dry.  Fold until just combined.
Place the dough out onto a clean and floured working surface.
Shape the ball of dough now into a nice round circle.  Use a little more Flour if you need too.
Cut the circle of dough now into 8 triangles. 
Place each triangle onto a Parchment lined baking sheet.
Brush on the Egg wash on top of each prepared Scone.
Place the prepared Scones now into a preheated Oven on 350 Degrees for 25 - 30 minutes or until lightly golden.
Remove from the Oven.
Serve Warm & Enjoy! :)
