These lare the basic forms from the Kukishin Ryu Sabaki Gata and are the foundational kata within the Jinenkan ranking syllabus. Focus on basic movement, fundamentals handling of the staff and accuracy with the strikes is vital. One cannot move into training with speed until those are accomplished. Without the basics in place, natural speed and handling of the weapon, you cannot move on to timing against an opponent, unique skill set, size and strength, etc.
