Now more than ever, with the physical world around us seeming more chaotic every day, we need to see the spiritual reality behind the scenes.

God created the universe for His own will, His eternal purpose. Concerning God, Revelation 4:11 says, “You have created all things, and because of Your will they were, and were created.”

God’s eternal purpose is to have the church as the Body for Christ, the Head, so that He might be expressed in all His wisdom and glory. Ephesians 3:21 says, “To Him [God] be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus unto all the generations forever and ever. Amen.”

God is on the universal throne (Revelation 4:2), administrating all things for the sake of His interest. He loves us and cares for us and will not allow anything to befall us that does not pass through His sovereign hand.
