Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has launched the 'Godhan Nyay Yojana' in Raipur, where cow dung is being bought from cattle owners. Under the scheme, cow and buffalo owners can sell cow dung to the government, which will be used to make compost and other products.
