The past week I was grateful to spend a week with JM Fortier and Curtis Stone learning more about market gardening at JM's farm in Quebec. La Ferme Des Quatre-Temps is a 10 acre farm using all hand tools and two VCS walk behind tractors.

This video is a short tour of some of the farm and JM and Curtis talk about a few things as well.
In the next few videos that I post will be some dedicated with JM explaining some of the tools and how they do things around the farm.
