Hi mermaids. I missed you all. It's been a while 🙂
Filming this video was unplanned. I was lying down listening to worship music and suddenly i thought of filming. With no makeup on, i set up my phone on a small table and started pouring my heart out.
Depression, Anxiety Disorders and many forms of mental health affect a lot of people in all forms. It should not be taken lightly.
I will have a series dedicated to this in hopes that I will be able to reach out to others like me. I want to share my healing process & how my life has changed.
