Starting the day with a peaceful walk at Phewa Lake in Pokhara, I ended up taking an unplanned trip to Sarangkot using local buses. This video shows the real bus routes, costs, and small confusion along the way.
I began my morning near Phewa Lake with clouds over the water and fishermen at work. While heading to buy a SIM card, I decided to spontaneously visit Sarangkot.
Travel breakdown:
• Bus from Hallan Chowk to Prithvi Chowk – 30 NPR
• Bus to Bindhyabasini (ended up at Baglung Bus Park) – 25 NPR
• Bus from Baglung Bus Park to Sarangkot – 75 NPR
• Small trek from bus drop point to Sarangkot
