TEACHER DEMO. This dramatic waltz is on p. 48 of the Alfred's Adult All In One Course Level 2. It was composed by Ivanovici in 1880 and won the march prize at the 1889 Paris Exposition. This song is also frequently referred to as the "Anniversary Song" since Al Jolson titled it that in 1946 when he and Saul Chaplin recorded a variation of it.
I like to do a poco ritardando on the D.C. al fine at the end.
