Sentiero dei Principi alla Sacra di San Michele (Val di Susa)

Описание: Il Sentiero dei Principi originario è il 501 che parte dai Bertassi. Quello più percorso ultimamente è però l’ultimo tratto che parte dalla Frazione Mortera (Avigliana) e arriva alla Sacra di San Michele, non è un percorso ad anello quindi bisogna percorrere a ritroso lo stesso percorso di andata. La frazione Mortera si trova lungo la strada carrozzabile che sale alla Sacra di San Michele. É un percorso che non presenta difficoltà, si tratta di un sentiero sterrato con un paio di punti in salita. Il dislivello tuttavia rimane contenuto, siamo sotto ai 300 m di dislivello positivo che non è molto. Si arriva proprio al piazzale che conduce poi alla Sacra di San Michele e non puoi perderti la visita di questa bellissima abbazia.

The original Sentiero dei Principi is the 501 that starts from Bertassi. The most popular one lately is the last stretch that starts from the Mortera hamlet (Avigliana) and arrives at the Sacra di San Michele, it is not a circular route so you have to go back along the same outward route. The Mortera hamlet is located along the road that goes up to the Sacra di San Michele. It is a route that does not present any difficulties, it is a dirt path with a couple of uphill points. The difference in altitude however remains limited, we are under 300 m of positive difference in altitude which is not much. You arrive right at the square that then leads to the Sacra di San Michele and you cannot miss a visit to this beautiful abbey.
