In this video, Alex and I show you how to use a small box, as well as your own staircase at home, to improve your footwork, coordination, agility, and endurance.
Perform these exercises for 10 reps each if you are starting out, then progress until you can do each of them continuously for 1 to 2 minutes each, back-to-back.
