On the occasion of International Yoga Day, I am sharing a quick and easy Yoga routine for beginners. Consisting of very simple micro stretches or सुक्ष्म क्रियाएं, few basic asanas and breathing exercise.
Any kind of complexity has been avoided on purpose to ensure there is no confusion.
In the wake of the ongoing global crisis, I am sharing a few easy tips related to everyday fitness and mental well-being! Do try and comment on what else would you like me to talk about.
Since this is a very introductory and basic routine to encourage people to just try Yoga and see how it works for them!
This routine includes:
Micro stretches for neck, shoulders, wrists, arms, shoulders, sides of the torso, calf muscles and thigh/quadriceps muscles, ankles, feet and toes
Tadasana
Katichakrasana
Dandasana
Baddhakonasana
Pawanmuktasana
Deep & Silent breathing
Relaxing Shavasana
