500- grm batata boiled
1- tejpatta
1- Dalchini ka tukda
1- tukda javitri
½- jeera sabut
4-5 Hari elaichi
4-5 Long
1- tsp ginger garlic paste
2- midium size onion paste
2- midium size tamatar pest
1- tsp namak Swad ke anusar
1- tsp mirchi powder
½- tsp haldi powder
½- tsp garam masala powder
1- tsp dhaniya powder
3-4 Hari mirch sabut
1- Cup green matar
½- tsp gram masala powder
Garnishing ke liye Hari dhaniya
