Each video consists of several parts: warm up, stretching, cardiovascular session (simultaneously showing a fast moving trainer for intermediate people in the main picture, and more relaxed excercise for beginners in a small picture), heart rate check, "soft on the spot" exercise concentrating on a particular part of the body, cool down phase.
While showing the exercise, Cynthia constantly talks, offering the viewer instructions, advice, encouragement, jokes and entertaining trivia.
