Method to Prepare Guar Vegetable 🍲
1. Preparation of Guar*: Choose thick and ripe *Guar with thin horns. Cut them into small pieces and set aside.
2. Making the Spice Mix*: In a mixer, crush the *Garlic and add *Groundnuts*, *White Sesame Seeds*, and *Papadi Seeds*. Ensure the spices are not ground too finely to retain the flavor.
3. Mixing the Curd*: In a bowl, mix *Curd with *Red Chili Powder*, *Coriander Powder*, *Turmeric Powder*, and salt. Stir well to combine.
