एक गांव में रहने वाला बच्चा उसका नाम रवि होता है। मैं पढ़ने में बहुत होशियार होता है। अपने गांव से 12th पास करने के बाद वह दिल्ली यूपीएससी की तैयारीकरने जाता है। पैसे की कमी के कारण बहुत ज्यादा परेशान रहता है। उसके पास इतने पैसे नहीं थे कि मैं दिल्ली मैं रह सके। इसीलिए दिल्ली के पास किसी गांव में कमरा लेकर किराए पर रहता है। जिसका किराया 700 होता है। जो उसे घर में रहते हैं जो उसके मकान मालिक होते हैं। वह उसकी बहुत ज्यादा पढ़ाई में हेल्प करते हैं। पढ़ाई में पूरा साथ देते हैं। उनके साथ से अपने घर के हालातो को देखते हुए यूपीएससी परीक्षा पास कर लेता है। बहुत बड़ा ऑफिसर बन जाता है। आगे आगे क्या होता है पूरी कहानी विस्तार सेसुनते हैं।
