All three endings you can get in Cult of the Lamb, depending on your choice at the end of the game. Choosing to sacrifice yourself will delete the save file, you'll have to start over from the begining if you want to keep playing. Sparing The One Who Waits will unlock him as a follower, you can keep playing afterwards for as long as you like. Murdering him will unlock a new decoration, a statue of The One Who Waits. You can keep playing for as long as you like when you make this choice aswell.
'Start your own cult in a land of false prophets, venturing out into diverse and mysterious regions to build a loyal community of woodland Followers and spread your Word to become the one true cult.'
I'm playing the PC version with a ps4 controller, recorded in 1080p HD 30fps.
