Ingredients list
2 whole chickens around 3kg
4 Medium onions
6 green Chillies
2 stems Of Curry Leaves
2 Medium tomatoes
6 Medium potatoes
3 cinamon sticks
3 cardamom pods
12 cloves
1 teaspoon of fennel seeds
1 cup of oil/250ml or use amount as per preference.
1 tablespoon ginger/garlic paste
2 teaspoons of salt, or salt to taste
3 heeped tablespoons of Saleemskitchen Kashmiri Masala or the Masala you have at home
corriander for garnishing
