What does low carb Cauliflower Rice taste like? Is it a good alternative to high carb white rice. Watch me taste test the cauliflower rice. Did I love it or loath it?
And how well did it accompany my chicken and mushroom curry cooked from scratch?
Susans simple curry, tasty but not overpoweringly hot
Serves 2 ( or one greedy Susan😜)
1 large chicken breast, diced and browned
Half a large onion, finely chopped and fried off
8 mushrooms, quartered and fried off
Add spices to above
2 tablespoons of mild curry powder
1 teaspoon of Garam Masala
1 teaspoon of Tumeric
Sprinkling of garlic powder
Mix till spices cover chicken, onion and mushrooms
Add half a tin of chopped tomatoes
250G of Pasatta
Third to half a tin of coconut milk
Stir well and bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer till ready to serve.
