2026 is the 75th anniversary of radio drama The Archers, and where would the folk of Ambridge be without church bells, mooing cattle and all the noises of village life? When the everyday story of country folk reached its silver jubilee in 1976, BBC News filmed an episode being recorded and captured the work of some of the foley artists bringing Ambridge to life.
