I have been farming for the perfect sham from the bunker for a very long time now, I started this right after #TheHunt3 had finished for Borderlands 2 and I have been going ever since looking for a 94% sham. I have seen many Legendary drops and even Pearlescent weapons but this has to be the worse of them all.
