1 किलो मैद्याची गोड शंकरपाळी

मैदा 1 किलो/8 cup
पिठी साखर 250 ग्राम/ 2.75 कप
साजूक तूप 250 ग्राम/1.25 कप
वेलची पूड
भाजलेले जीरे पूड
मीठ 1 tsp
तिळ 3 tsp

कृती

मैदा, पिठी साखर आनि तूप, जीरे पूड, वेलची पूड, मीठ, तिळ एकत्र करावे. पाणी घालून घट्ट मळून घ्या. जाड पोळी लाटून थोडे तेल लावा चार भाग करा एकावर एक ठेवुन लाटून जाड पोळी लाटा परत थोडे तेल लावुन पोळीचे चार भाग करा एकावर एक ठेवा परत एक इंच जाड पोळी लाटा. पोळीच्या कडा कापून चौकोन आकार द्या आनि शंकरपाळी पाडून घ्या मध्यम आचेवर तेल गरम करून हलके तांबूस होईस्तोवर तळून घ्यावे.


Procedure

Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and ghee, cumin powder, cardamom powder, salt, sesame seeds. Add water and knead it firmly. Roll thick poli and apply a little oil and divide into four parts, placing one on top of each other.Cut the edges of the poli and make a square shape and chop the shankarpali and heat the oil on medium flame and fry till it turns light brown.
