This 4 minute arm workout is designed to sculpt and define your shoulders and back muscles. It consists of 3 simple moves that are repeated 4 times giving you ultimate results! Perfect for all levels! You will need light hand weights, 1lbs, 2lbs, 3lbs or no weights. I promise you will still feel this workout without any hand weights and get results.
As a beginner remember to take breaks when needed, keep your shoulders down from your ears by depressing your scapula and engaging your latissimus dorsi. Stand tall, keep your core engaged, breathe, and have fun!
