Gotcha! County Counsel Served on Camera

Описание: Kivita Narayan is employed as a government attorney for Santa Clara County Counsel. She first started managing my public records requests back in 2016 in connection with a custody case involving former 49er football player Ray McDonald. She also attended the illicit Bench - Bar - Media - Police Committee ( BBMP ) when Judge Towery was co- chair and she attended under her official title. ( See community post) .

Recently under her management and supervision, the county appears to not be producing public records in compliance with California's Public Records Act.

Now she manages more government attorneys under investigation for violating civil rights of local residents and business owners.

This is a sneak peek of our coverage of the serving of subpoenas on county Supervisors, attorneys and employees, compelling their testimony in court on September 13, 2024 in Judge Evette Pennypacker's civil court room.

We will continue this series up to September 13, 2024 hoping to educate the public about the operation of the local courts, local government and police. Most importantly about the work of licsenced process servers and how important they are in the legal process.
