Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Curt custom base plate kit with removable arms. Now this has been designed to fit your 2022 and newer Chevrolet Silverado 1500 ZR2, and on custom fit parts such as this base plate. I do recommend taking advantage of our vehicle fit guide here at etrailer. Simply input the year, make, and model of your vehicle and our fit guide will confirm if this will work for you or if we have something comparable that will work for you. So when it comes to towing, fit and function are going to matter.

That's why each Curt base plate is custom engineered for your exact vehicle aligning perfectly with existing attachment points. So the result is going to be a secure factory style setup that's going to blend seamlessly with your bumper and frame. So it's gonna look like it came straight from the manufacturer with these already on. Hooking up your tow bar couldn't be easier. Curt's twist lock tabs let you connect or disconnect in seconds.

So no tools, no fuss, and when you're not towing you're gonna be able to simply remove the tabs for a clean unobtrusive look that's gonna keep your ride looking sharp. Let me give you a brief demonstration here. I think you can see we've got a ring here. So I'm just going to, I'm trying not to block the view here, so let me see if I can do it this way. I'm just going to pull that ring and that's going to pull this peg back here.

And that's going to allow me then to twist this and then that's going to come out. So if I bring this up here a little bit closer, you're gonna be able to see when you pull that ring, that tab comes back and then that's going to allow me to unlock. And then when I'm ready to pop this back in, I'm just gonna push this in and then give it a twist just like that and then it clips right into place. So very easy to remove these arms or tabs, however you'd like to describe them. Curt base plates work with top towing brands like Curt and Blue Ox and they're easily adaptable for Roadmaster systems.

So no matter what setup you're running, Curt's gonna make it simple to stay connected. Each base plate is precision welded from high strength steel and physically tested to your vehicle's GVWR, giving you proven strength and lasting durability. The distance between the brackets is gonna be 30 and three eight inches.
