I have a 1973 Evinrude 18 hp outboard that I would like to do a series of videos on. Before I can start the repairs, I need an outboard motor test stand. Follow along as I show you the basic plan and then assemble the stand out of some scraps of 2x4 I had laying around.
With the price of lumber these days, re-purposing scraps is an affordable way to make a test stand.
