Pending results of an appeal, this prior version was removed on Christmas day 2025 (December 25th, 2025) alongside 120 other videos because of an order from Quebec Superior Court justice Martin Castonguay issued days before the holiday period on December 17th, 2025. The contents of that original video deemed defamatory based on justice Castonguay’s ruling and repeated representations by BTB REIT’s lawyers made under professional oath (”Alleged Defamatory Content”) was removed. This is a new video which excludes the Alleged Defamatory Content and focuses on legitimate public interest facts.
