Survival Catch and Cook A 6 Year Journey

Описание: Cooking has always been a big part of my videos and my life since way before I ever started this channel. My attention to preparing wild food is what won me season 3 of HISTORY’s Alone as I was able to squeeze out as much nutrition as possible from every fish catch with my fish head soup. My early cooks were mostly focused on getting as much out of every catch as possible, stewing the meat I harvested or the vegetables I gathered in water with just some salt and pepper or roasting it whole over an open fire. But my palette grew, as did my mental recipe book, and over the years my catch & cook meals took on a life of their own!
