MICROCHIP
VACINES AND DEWORM CERTIFICATE ( Should be updated and stamp on the passport of the pet )
IVC or vetirinary health certificate
Import certificate for you dog ( Apply online with Bureau of Animal Industry In the Philippines - Please secure this first )
Export certicate ( Apply in Bureau of Animals in your Country )
