Many people claim drinking Fire Cider can result in a tremendous amount of health benefits. In this video, we will not only make Fire Cider and discuss storage options, but we will also touch on some of the incredible health benefits associated with it.
If you’re new to Fire Cider and just beginning your research, you may have noticed the recipes online can vary significantly. To conclude on my own personal favorite mixture, I reviewed 10 highly rated recipes online, then broke the ingredient list into 3 categories:
1) BASE INGREDIENTS:
9/10 or 10/10 of the 10 recipes contained what I call the Base Ingredients, or REQUIRED ingredients.
2) RECOMMENDED INGREDIENTS:
5/10 through 8/10 of the 10 recipes contained what I call the Recommended ingredients. These can be added to the Base Ingredients, but aren’t nearly as important.
3) OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS:
1/10 through 4/10 of the 10 recipes called for these ingredients.
